COACHING
Everyone knows what it's like to be late,
forget an important event, or frantically
work to finish something that's been put
off. We have all experienced being
disorganized or overwhlemed. For some people
though, it's a regular part of their lives,
creating frustration and adversely affecting
relationships, careers, and self-esteem.
While much can be learned through books or
seminars about how to get organized, reach
your goals, or create change of some kind,
using that knowledge and making those skills
your own happens much more quickly and
easily when you work with a coach. A
personal coach can create a program tailored
for your specific needs and preferences. You
can use a coach for spot improvement, or
over time for longer range goals,
identifying your needs and then working
together to keep you focused and moving
forward.
